Chair Positions
In order to hold a Chair position, you must attend monthly meetings.
† Committee meets once a month for two hours (in person or via Zoom).
† Closer to the conference, meetings are biweekly/weekly
† Commit to listed responsibilities
† Use Google Drive for checklists, updates, etc.
† Availability to setup the night before the conference
† Availability for take down after the conference
Day/of Conference Volunteers
There are variety of volunteer opportunities to take part in the day of the conference. It will be a fruitful and exciting day to be a volunteer! More information about these positions will be sent to you once you choose which role is right for you.
